Pre Cleaning Machinery

Pre cleaning process of seeds & grains is first operation to remove large & small impurities from farm produce. Pre cleaning with out aspiration system removes impurities such as stones, leaves, sticks, sand, fine dust etc. If aspiration is used it sucks away light impurities such as leaves, small sticks, fine dust etc. With Pre Cleaner materials can be cleaned at high capacity as it is scalping or rough cleaning operation, widely used before silo storage.
Screen Air Separator

This pre-cleaner is mainly designed to cater to pre-cleaning of agro seeds at modern processing plants. It can be placed before storage silo or even in plant operations.

Salient features:
  • The screen air separator is of positive eccentric, four bearing design type.
  • High speed, vibrating screen which ensures accurate, high quality separation at high capacity.
  • The adjustable feed hopper regulates feed as desired and uniform distribution of material across width of screen.

The screen separator may be equipped with various options.
Pre scalp unit is equipped with a short screen, somewhat coarser than the "top" scalp screen in the machine. This makes for scalping of the large over-size objects before the product enters the screen.

Pre-aspirator is used to remove hulls or dust and other light contaminants before the product enters the screener, thus making the product more flow able at the start of the screening operation.

Post aspirator is used when the finished product is to be the "plus" of the screen. This product is then discharged through the aspirator which removes dust or other light contaminants.

Four deck screen separator can be supplied for as high capacity as 100 tph, with split-flow arrangement.

Scalper drum & sutli separator can be provided at feed inlet to remove bag sutli jutes before feeding the material into pre-aspirator.
Fine Cleaning

Fine cleaning operation involves 3 stage of Cleaning. First Stage: Fine cleaner grader not only removes light impurities & fines, it can also remove light grains such as rotten, immature and bird eaten grains. Further, it also grades product to desired range of size. Second Stage: Destoner is used to remove heavy stones/mud balls and metals from cleaned & graded product. Third Stage: It bold grains & seeds are required for quality food as for higher germination rate & seeds, gravity separator is must. It separates material by density and hence, allows processors to select product of required quality
Fine Cleaner Grader

Fine cleaner -grader is used for fine cleaning and grading of big and small seeds, grains, spice seeds, cereals/pulses, oil seeds and any type of dry granular materials. Pre and post aspiration system with cyclone and fan unit provides dust free operations in plant.

The machine not only separates oversize and undersize impurities, sticks and stones light impurities hollow and immature seeds but also grades the seed in desired sizes.

Destoners-Pressure Type

Destoners-Vacuum Type

This vacuum de-stoner is ideal for faster and finer separation and based on flowing dry granular material over an inclined, vibrating, screen covered deck. Vacuum air is pulled through the deck, and through the bed of material. The steady air flow holds the product in stratified flotation. The lighter material in the upper strata flows down the inclined vibrating deck whereas heavier material such as stones, glass and metal travel uphill and out. The product flows downhill at the discharge end of the deck. The bottom portion of the bed consists of gravity pure, finished product that often needs no further refinement.
